The almond version of Foodhold's Honey Crunchin' Oats adds chopped almonds to the same honey-and-brown-sugar cluster base of corn, oats, wheat, and rice. The almonds push the fat content up noticeably compared to the plain version, but they also bring better protein and a slightly higher fiber count. Still sweetened with a long list of sugars - corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, brown sugar, honey, malt syrup - so it leans toward indulgent despite the whole-grain framing. A middle-ground between granola and a sweetened flake cereal.
