Tops Raspberry Blended Whole Milk Yogurt is made from cultured pasteurized whole milk with raspberry puree, sugar, modified cornstarch, nonfat milk solids, kosher gelatin, natural flavors, concentrated fruit and vegetable juice for color, pectin, sodium citrate, citric acid, and vitamins A and D3. It contains five live cultures: L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, Bifidobacterium BB-12, L. acidophilus, and L. casei. A 150g serving provides 93 calories, 3.33g protein, 14g carbs, and 3g fat. The five-culture formula provides more variety of probiotic strains than standard two-culture yogurt, as BB-12 and L. casei in particular are strains studied for their tolerance of gastric acid during digestion.
