Bakerly's Soft Brioche Baguette is built on wheat flour, eggs, canola oil, butter, and sugar, the hallmarks of brioche dough. It's noticeably richer and softer than a standard baguette, with fat from both the oil and butter giving the crumb a pillowy quality. Sugar content is moderate.
