Butter pecan frozen yogurt from Kemps, made with a cultured skim milk base blended with sweet cream buttermilk, cream, and pecans. Live active yogurt cultures including L. acidophilus and Bifidobacterium are present. Per 100g: 215 kcal, 4.6g protein, 29.2g carbs, 9.2g fat, 1.5g fiber. Contains milk and tree nuts (pecans). The pecan pieces are roasted in cottonseed oil with salt. Caramel color provides the buttery golden hue. Guar gum, locust bean gum, modified tapioca starch, and carrageenan stabilize the frozen base.
