Guernsey Farms Dairy Skim Fat Free Milk is stripped-down dairy: fat-free milk with vitamins A and D added back to compensate for what's lost when the fat is removed. No fat at all, solid protein, and a modest carb count from naturally occurring milk sugar. The Guernsey breed traditionally produces milk with higher butterfat content, which makes skim from this source a bit of an irony, but the end product is nutritionally standard fat-free milk. Good for cooking and baking where you want dairy without the fat.
