About PLAIN SOFT FRENCH BAGUETTE
Euro Classic's plain soft French baguette uses wheat flour, sugar, eggs, canola oil, skimmed milk powder, yeast, wheat gluten, and a small amount of rye flour and beta carotene for color. The formula is softer and richer than a traditional lean French baguette, owing to the eggs and oil. Carbohydrate from the wheat flour dominates, protein is moderate, fat is moderate, and fiber is modest. The beta carotene gives the crust a warmer tone. It reads more like an enriched roll than a classic crusty baguette.
