About MULTIGRAIN BAKED CRACKERS, MULTIGRAIN
Meijer Multigrain Baked Crackers are a hearty cracker product from Meijer, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan Midwest supercenter, made with enriched wheat flour, sunflower and/or canola oil, oatmeal, sugar, inulin (prebiotic fiber), rye flour, wheat germ, and a multigrain flour and seeds blend containing wheat, rye, triticale, barley, corn, millet, soybean, sunflower seeds, rice, flax, durum wheat, and oats.
Inulin is a prebiotic fiber that contributes to the elevated fiber content of 9.40 g per 100 g and supports gut microbiome health. Soybean is included in the multigrain blend, making soy a declared allergen. Malted barley flour and triticale (a wheat-rye hybrid) are also present. Ascorbic acid and rosemary extract are used as natural antioxidants to preserve the oil's freshness, replacing synthetic antioxidants like TBHQ or BHA. No artificial colors, HFCS, or synthetic preservatives are visible.
At 469 calories per 100 grams with 68.75 g of carbohydrates, 18.75 g of fat, and 6.25 g of protein, these are a calorie-dense, high-fiber cracker. The notable fiber content from inulin and whole grains distinguishes them nutritionally from standard crackers. Contains wheat, soy, oats, and multiple grains — not suitable for gluten-free diets.
