Similac NeoSure ready-to-feed with ARA and DHA is Abbott's post-discharge formula for premature infants, providing higher nutrient density than standard term-infant formula to support catch-up growth. At ready-to-feed concentration, it delivers more protein and minerals than a standard formula at the same volume. ARA and DHA are included. No fiber. Physicians typically recommend transitioning premature infants to this formula once they leave the NICU and continuing through the early months at home.
