Mountain Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream is a dairy cream product from The Kroger Co. sold under the Mountain Dairy regional sub-brand, containing cream, milk, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, and polysorbate 80. This formulation is identical to Kroger-brand heavy whipping cream from the same company's production system, representing a regional banner version of the same private-label heavy cream product. Mountain Dairy is used in select geographic markets within the Kroger-family store network.

Carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, and polysorbate 80 serve as emulsifiers and stabilizers to improve whipability and help stabilized foam maintain structure.
