Wondershop Gingerbread Cookie Kit is a holiday cookie decorating kit from Target's Wondershop seasonal gifting brand, including pre-baked gingerbread cookies, colored decorating icings, and mini quin candy sprinkles for family holiday baking activities. Wondershop is Target's Christmas-season private label focused on holiday traditions and gifting.
The gingerbread uses bleached enriched wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, molasses, water, spice, caramel color, sodium bicarbonate, and salt — a simple molasses-forward gingerbread with no eggs or dairy in the cookie base itself. The decorating icings use sugar, palm oil, cornstarch, HFCS, corn syrup, modified cornstarch, acetylated monoglycerides, artificial flavor, titanium dioxide and Yellow 5 and Blue 1 for colors, polysorbate 60, potassium sorbate, and citric acid. The icing contains HFCS and artificial flavor.
