About FRENCH TOAST STICKS, CINNAMON
Earth's Best Cinnamon French Toast Sticks use whole grain brown rice flour as their first ingredient, which gives them a gluten-free claim and a denser texture than wheat-based alternatives. Canola and soybean oil, corn starch, potato starch, and organic tapioca starch make up most of the remaining base. Organic evaporated cane syrup adds sweetness, and natural flavors carry the cinnamon character. Fat is moderate, protein is very low, and the carbohydrate content is high from the starch-heavy formula. Designed for young children and marketed as a cleaner alternative to conventional frozen French toast sticks, though the starch and oil base still makes them a carbohydrate-forward snack.
