Member's Mark Fancy Shredded Mexican Style Blend is a premium four-cheese Mexican blend from Sam's Club's Member's Mark line, featuring cheddar, Monterey Jack, asadero, and queso quesadilla cheeses — the same cheese lineup found in authentic Mexican-style cooking. The asadero (also spelled asadero) and queso quesadilla are Mexican-origin cheeses known for their exceptional melting properties and mild, creamy flavor.
All four cheeses are made from the same clean natural cheese formula: pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, and enzymes. The cheddar uses annatto color.
