The base is pasteurized milk and cream with cheese culture, salt, and a gum stabilizer blend (carob bean, xanthan, guar). Modified food starch and maltodextrin adjust texture; potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate extend shelf life. Per 100g: 300 calories, 3.3g protein, 30g carbs, 20g fat.
