About CALAHUA, CREAM OF COCONUT

Cream of coconut from Calahua, a sweetened coconut product designed for tropical cocktails such as Pina Coladas and dessert applications. Per 100 g it provides 212 calories, 42.1 g carbohydrates, and 4.7 g fat. Sugar is the dominant ingredient ahead of coconut pulp, making this a highly sweetened product unlike coconut cream which is primarily fat. Sorbitan monostearate and polysorbate 60 emulsify the mixture; guar gum and carob gum provide body; titanium dioxide contributes whiteness; sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate preserve shelf life. Not suitable for those avoiding sugar or additives. Distinct from unsweetened coconut cream or coconut milk.
