Archer Farms Ancient Grain Breaded Fish Nuggets are a frozen seafood product sold under Target Stores' Archer Farms premium private-label brand. This product uses Alaska pollock as the fish base, coated in a breading that incorporates a blend of ancient grains as a distinguishing feature.
Alaska pollock is the primary ingredient. The breading system begins with enriched wheat flour (fortified with niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), vegetable oil, and whole wheat flour.
