About YOGURT

Agri-Service LLC Yogurt is a whole milk yogurt made from pasteurized whole milk, sugar, and lemon extract, with nata max (a natural food-grade preservative from Streptomyces natalensis) and a robust five-strain probiotic culture including Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, and Bifidobacterium spp. Per 100 ml it delivers approximately 94 calories, 16 g carbohydrates, 3 g protein, and 3 g fat. The lemon extract provides a mild citrus flavor. The five live active cultures provide probiotic diversity. Contains dairy; not suitable for vegans. Suitable for vegetarians and those on gluten-free diets. The whole milk base gives a creamier texture than low-fat yogurt alternatives.
