Malt-O-Meal sweetened rice cereal in its basic form: rice, sugar, corn syrup, oil, and a short list of artificial colors and flavors. Carbohydrates account for nearly the entire macro profile, with no fiber and low protein. Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 6, and Yellow 5 color the pieces.
