Roland Speculoos Cookie Butter is 37% ground speculoos cookies - Belgian-style spiced shortcrust biscuits made from wheat flour, brown sugar, palm and canola oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg - emulsified into a spread with additional vegetable oils and sugar. The result is high in fat from the oils and high in refined carbohydrate from the cookie base and added sugar. No fiber, minimal protein. It spreads like peanut butter but tastes like a cinnamon-spice cookie. Firmly a dessert spread.
