About MEAT FREE GROUND
The Meatless Farm Co builds this plant-based ground from a combination of soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, and pea protein, which together create a protein content that holds its own against conventional ground meat. Canola oil provides the fat, and inulin adds some digestive benefit as a prebiotic fiber. Beetroot, radish, and tomato extracts give it a raw-meat blush without artificial dyes. Methylcellulose helps it hold together in the pan. It browns reasonably well and picks up seasoning the way ground beef does, making it a practical swap in tacos, pasta sauce, or stuffed peppers. Processed, yes, but thoughtfully so, and a genuine source of protein for plant-forward eaters.
