Meijer Glazed Lemon Paczki is a Polish-style filled doughnut sold under the Meijer brand at Meijer, Inc. supercenter stores across the Midwest. Paczki (pronounced 'poonch-key') are traditional Polish enriched yeast doughnuts filled with fruit or custard and deep-fried. The ingredient list for this product is extensive, including enriched wheat flour with malted barley flour, high fructose corn syrup, palm oil, modified food starch, dextrose, soybean oil, yeast, salt, sugar, mono- and diglycerides, whey, natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, leavening agents, sodium citrate, soy flour, wheat starch, sodium stearoyl lactylate, xanthan gum, palm kernel oil, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives, a lemon puree filling made with HFCS, and a glaze containing maltodextrin, corn starch, gum stabilizers, and propylene glycol.
