Made with milkfat, nonfat milk, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, sweet cream buttermilk, sugar, and egg yolks as distinguishing French vanilla characteristics. Stabilized with guar gum, xanthan gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, and polysorbate 80. Natural and artificial flavor, annatto, and turmeric extracts provide color. Per 100g it delivers 221 calories, 2.9g protein, 25g carbs, and 11.8g fat. The egg yolks are the defining element of French vanilla, producing a richer, creamier base with a slightly golden color and custard-forward flavor. Contains dairy and eggs. Not suitable for dairy-free or egg-free diets. A classic American-style French vanilla ice cream suited for dessert pairings and à la mode applications.
