Marketside Garlic and Four Cheese Stuffed Baby Bellas are fresh, pre-filled mushrooms from Walmart's Marketside brand, available in the refrigerated deli or produce section. The base is crimini (baby bella) mushrooms, which are stuffed with a four-cheese blend: pepperjack (with jalapeño peppers, adding a mild heat), parmesan, mozzarella, and mild cheddar. All four cheeses are made from pasteurized milk with standard cheese cultures, salt, and enzymes. Natamycin is used in the pepperjack, mozzarella, and cheddar as a natural mold inhibitor. Annatto extract provides the orange color in the cheddar.
