About FRENCH BREAD, GARLIC
Seattle International Baking Company's Garlic French Bread starts with an enriched unbleached wheat flour dough, then adds real chopped garlic along with canola or soy oil before baking. The fat content is higher than plain French bread because of the garlic butter-style treatment. Carbohydrates are the main macro, enriched flour provides the protein, and fiber is low. Cornmeal on the crust gives a slight crunch to the exterior. Best served warm.
