Per 100 ml it provides approximately 21 calories, no protein, 2.1 g of carbohydrates, and 1.5 g of fat from the coconut components. The fortification with calcium phosphate, vitamin A, and vitamin D3 positions it nutritionally closer to a plant-based milk alternative than a simple coconut water.
