About ZERO-CALORIE SWEETENER
Clover Valley's Zero-Calorie Sweetener uses sucralose blended with dextrose and maltodextrin to provide a pourable, granulated texture similar to table sugar. The dextrose and maltodextrin serve as bulking agents since sucralose alone would be too concentrated to measure usefully. Despite the carbohydrate content shown by weight, the amounts used per serving are so small that caloric contribution is negligible. A straightforward sugar substitute for coffee, tea, or baking where reducing calorie intake from sweeteners is the goal.
Ingredients
DEXTROSE WITH MALTODEXTRIN, SUCRALOSE.
