Shurfine Whipping Cream is a heavy cream product made from cream and milk with less than 0.5 percent carrageenan, mono- and diglycerides, and polysorbate 80 as stabilizers and emulsifiers to support aeration during whipping. Per 100 ml it provides 300 calories, 0 g protein, 6.7 g carbohydrates, and 30 g fat. The high fat content (approximately 30 percent milkfat) enables the cream to trap air and form stable whipped peaks. The stabilizers help the whipped structure hold up longer before deflating compared to pure cream without additives. Contains milk. Suitable for dessert topping, ganache, sauce enrichment, and baked goods requiring a high-fat dairy component. Not appropriate for dairy-free or vegan applications. A versatile dairy ingredient for both home baking and professional kitchen use.
