Per 100g: 484 kcal, 6.5g protein, 64.5g carbohydrate, 19.4g fat, 6.5g fiber. Fortified with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, and riboflavin through the masa flour. Naturally gluten-free as a corn-based product. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. The nixtamalization process (lime treatment) improves calcium content and digestibility of corn.
