Made from cream, milk, cane sugar, non-GMO chocolate chips (alkalized chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy oil), skim milk, eggs, and peppermint oil. Stabilized with carob bean gum and guar gum. Contains milk, eggs, and soy. Not vegan or gluten-free due to potential cross-contact. The peppermint oil delivers natural mint flavor rather than synthetic mint extract. The large handmade chocolate chips characteristic of Graeter's are formed during the spinning process rather than added as pre-made chips.
