La Ceiba Honduran Cream by Quesos La Ricura is a cultured, stabilized cream product made from pasteurized grade A milk and cream, with modified food starch, sodium citrate, carrageenan, and multiple gums for a thick, pourable consistency. Per 100g it contains approximately 214 calories, 3.6g protein, 7.1g carbohydrates, and 17.9g fat, with no fiber. Annatto provides a warm color. Similar to crema Hondurena or Mexican crema, this product is milder and thinner than American sour cream.
