About EGGNOG
Ahold's Eggnog is a rich, creamy holiday drink made from milk, cream, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and egg yolks, thickened with carrageenan and guar gum and colored with annatto and turmeric. It is heavily sweetened, fat-forward, and contains no fiber. The combination of cream and HFCS makes this squarely a treat item. Spiced lightly and genuinely festive, it works in small pours over ice or stirred into coffee, but the density makes it easy to overconsume calories without realizing it.
Ingredients
MILK, CREAM, SUGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, EGG YOLKS, FAT FREE MILK, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, GUAR GUM, SALT, CARRAGEENAN, MONO & DIGLYCERIDES, SPICE, ANNATTO AND TURMERIC (FOR COLOR).
Calorie Breakdown
