The par-frying oil is high oleic canola or standard canola. The sweet chili sauce uses invert sugar, water, vinegar, corn starch, chili peppers, dehydrated garlic, chili pepper flakes, brown sugar, paprika oleoresin (a natural colorant), and natural flavor — eliminating sodium benzoate compared to the Archer Farms sauce.
