About BASHAS', HAMBURGER BUNS
Bashas' hamburger buns rely on unbleached enriched flour and high fructose corn syrup as a fermentation aid, with a handful of dough conditioners including sodium stearoyl lactylate to extend shelf life and improve texture. Almost entirely refined carbohydrate, very low in fat, and modest fiber. Standard commercial bun - soft, slightly sweet, built to hold a burger and stay intact. Not nutritionally notable, but that's not really what anyone buys a hamburger bun for.
