About AERO
Nestle's Aero bar is built almost entirely from milk chocolate: sugar, milk ingredients, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder, and lactose. The signature bubbles are air pockets whipped into the chocolate before setting, so the texture is lighter than a solid bar without changing the fundamental composition. Fat is moderate for chocolate, protein is low, and fiber is absent. Mostly sugar and dairy fat in a satisfying, fizzy-on-the-tongue format.
Ingredients
MILK CHOCOLATE (SUGAR, MILK INGREDIENTS, COCOA BUTTER, COCOA MASS, WHEY POWDER, LACTOSE, SOYA LECITHIN, POLYGLYCEROL POLYRICINOLEATE, NATURAL FLAVOUR).
Calorie Breakdown
At 524 calories per 100 grams, AERO gets 5% of its calories from protein, 49% from carbohydrates, and 45% from fat. This is energy-dense, similar to nuts, oils, and concentrated foods.
