Dean's Reduced Fat Vanilla and Sprinkles Ice Cream is a lower-fat vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles made from milkfat and nonfat milk, corn syrup, and buttermilk. Per 100g it supplies 175 calories, 4.8g protein, 28.6g carbohydrates, and 5.6g fat. The sprinkles contain hydrogenated palm kernel oil, corn starch, dextrin, soy lecithin, synthetic dyes (Yellow 5, Red 40, Blue 1, Red 3), and carnauba wax for coating. Propylene glycol monoester and gum stabilizers compensate for reduced fat in the ice cream base. Contains milk and soy. Vitamin A palmitate is fortified back into the reduced-fat base.
