Colored with Red 40, Yellow 6, and Blue 1 to achieve the raspberry hue, and flavored artificially. Dimethylpolysiloxane prevents foam formation during mixing. Per 100 g dry the product provides 381 kcal, 4.8 g protein from gelatin, 90.5 g carbohydrates, and no fat or fiber. The animal-derived gelatin makes this unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans. When prepared as directed with water, actual per-serving calorie intake is much lower. A classic budget-friendly gelatin dessert mix comparable to standard national brand formulations.
