Hyde and EEK! Boutique Edible Zombie Slime Kit is a Halloween novelty food product from Target's Hyde and EEK! Boutique seasonal brand, in the gelatin, gels, pectins and desserts category. This interactive kit allows kids to make edible slime — a Halloween activity food that bridges play and eating.
The slime mix component contains sugar, dextrose, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, and Red 40. When prepared with water, the xanthan gum creates a viscous, stretchy slime texture that is food-safe. The gummy finger candy components use corn syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, water, gelatin, citric acid, lactic acid, sodium lactate, artificial flavors, sorbitol, beeswax, and carnauba wax for shine. Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Red 40, Blue 1, and Titanium Dioxide provide the gruesome Halloween colors. The gelatin and beeswax make the gummy fingers non-vegan.
