It combines a chocolate ice cream base with a chocolate cookie crumb variegate swirled throughout for texture and added cocoa intensity, targeting fans of cookies-and-cream-style desserts with a deeper chocolate twist.
The ice cream base is made from milk, cream, sugar, corn syrup, cocoa processed with alkali, buttermilk, and whey, stabilized with guar gum, cellulose gel, cellulose gum, mono- and diglycerides, locust bean gum, polysorbate 80, and carrageenan. The cookie crumb variegate is a more complex component containing soybean oil, enriched wheat flour (with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, palm and palm kernel oil, cocoa, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS present in variegate), and soy lecithin.
