Made in small batches using the French pot process, it combines milk, cane sugar, skim milk, eggs, brown sugar, and invert sugar with truffle pieces made from coconut oil, alkalized cocoa, cream, and sea salt, flavored with natural caramel. Per 100g, it delivers 245 calories, 2.83g protein, 36.79g carbohydrates, and 9.43g fat. Stabilized with carob bean gum and guar gum. The French pot method produces a denser, creamier texture than conventional continuous-freeze methods. Contains milk, eggs, and soy. No artificial flavors in the base.
