President Feta Gourmet Spreadable Cheese uses real feta as its base, then blends it with pasteurized cream, skim milk, sodium phosphate, and stabilizers including cellulose gum to achieve a smooth, spreadable consistency. The result is milder and less aggressively salty than block feta, and it spreads easily on bread or crackers without crumbling. Fat and protein are both present in meaningful amounts. Sorbic acid extends shelf life after opening. It bridges the gap between feta and cream cheese without fully replacing either.
