About DEEP, MIXED PICKLE
Deep Mixed Pickle draws from an Indian pickle tradition, combining mango and lime as the dominant fruits with carrot, green chilli, and red chilli powder for heat. Gunda, a regional berry used in Gujarati pickles, adds tartness. Mustard and fenugreek bring the characteristic pungent depth, fresh turmeric rounds it out, and corn oil carries the whole spice blend. Acetic acid and sodium benzoate preserve it. Fat comes entirely from the oil, carbs are moderate, and the flavor is intensely sour, salty, and spiced. Use it as a condiment alongside dal, rice, or flatbread.
