About COOKING SPRAY VEGETABLE OIL
Winn-Dixie Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil is based on soybean oil with soy lecithin added as an emulsifier and dimethyl silicone to prevent foaming. It functions like any standard nonstick cooking spray, releasing a fine mist that coats pans and baking surfaces to prevent sticking. Those with soy allergies should take note of both the oil and the lecithin. Like most cooking sprays, the calorie count per spray is near zero, though this is largely a matter of serving-size labeling.
Ingredients
SOYBEAN OIL*, SOY LECITHIN, DIMETHYL SILICONE (FOR ANTI-FOAMING).
