Weis Australian Black Licorice draws its flavor from cane syrup, cane molasses, licorice extract, and anise extract, which gives it a more traditional flavor foundation than most American-style licorice. Enriched wheat flour provides the chew, palm oil contributes a little fat, and corn syrup and sugar add more sweetness. The fat content is low and fiber is modest.
