Dr Pepper/Seven Up Thirst Quencher Soda in Citrus and Berry is a carbonated soft drink flavored with concentrated ruby red grapefruit juice and natural flavors in a high fructose corn syrup base. Per 100 ml it provides 48 calories, 12.7 g carbohydrates, and no fat or protein. Citric acid and modified food starch provide tartness and body, while Red 40 gives the beverage its color. Sodium benzoate and calcium disodium EDTA are used as preservatives. Brominated vegetable oil is included as an emulsifier to keep flavor oils suspended. Caffeine is added.
