Per 100 g, they deliver 480 calories, 8 g protein, 62 g carbohydrates, and 22 g fat, with 8 g dietary fiber from the whole wheat flour, whole grain oats, and flaxseed meal. Coconut oil and chocolate chips (with soy lecithin) contribute to the richness. Cocoa powder adds chocolate flavor depth.
