Per 100 ml it delivers 128 calories, 6.4 g protein, 6.4 g carbohydrates, and 9.6 g fat. Sodium phosphate is included as an emulsifying and foaming agent that allows the liquid to produce the dense milk foam characteristic of a cappuccino when processed through the Tassimo system's frothing function.
