Community Coffee Rich and Creamy Creamer is a powdered non-dairy coffee creamer providing 500 calories per 100g, with 50g carbohydrates, 25g fat, and no protein. Corn syrup solids and palm oil form the base, with sodium caseinate (a milk derivative) providing a dairy-like creaminess. Dipotassium phosphate prevents curdling in hot beverages, and mono- and diglycerides with tocopherols act as emulsifiers and antioxidants. Beta-carotene provides a cream-like color. Designed to whiten and enrich coffee without refrigeration.
