Per 100g, they provide 200 calories and 40g carbohydrates from the heavy syrup, with no fat or protein. Natural and artificial flavors contribute the characteristic maraschino aroma. Used as a baking decoration, cocktail garnish, and ice cream topping. Contains sulfites and artificial colorants. Not suitable for those with sulfite sensitivity.
