Weis Quality Original Coffee Creamer is a non-dairy powder made from corn syrup solids, vegetable oil (palm, palm kernel, coconut, or soybean), mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), artificial colors, and natural and artificial flavors. Per 100g it provides 500 calories, 50g carbohydrates, and 25g fat, with no protein or fiber. Used to whiten and add body to coffee or hot beverages in place of dairy cream.
