Nestle Original Coffee Creamer is a liquid non-dairy creamer formulated with water, coconut oil, sugar, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), dipotassium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides, artificial flavor, and beta-carotene for color. Per 100 ml it contains approximately 136 calories, no protein or carbohydrates, and 13.6 g of fat, primarily from coconut oil. Despite its non-dairy label, it contains sodium caseinate from milk and is therefore not suitable for strict dairy allergies or vegan diets. Dipotassium phosphate acts as an emulsifier to prevent coffee acidity from curdling the creamer. It is intended for use in small quantities to lighten and add mild sweetness to hot beverages.
