Original powdered coffee creamer from Spartan, a McIlhenny Company store brand. Made from corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), dipotassium phosphate as an emulsion stabilizer, mono- and diglycerides, silicon dioxide to prevent caking, soy lecithin, and artificial flavors. Per 100g: 500 kcal, 0g protein, 50g carbs, 25g fat. Contains partially hydrogenated oil (a source of trans fats) and milk derivatives (caseinate -- not lactose-free). Not dairy-free despite being labeled non-dairy. Corn syrup solids and hydrogenated oil are the primary contributors to energy. A standard value-tier powdered creamer for adding to coffee or tea. Functionally similar to national brand non-dairy creamers at a lower cost.
